Where have you heard that people mess up alarms and do not work properly? and where have you heard good things?

I know best buy is not the greatest.

 

Generally speaking (not all the time though), mom & pop type stores allow time to get the job done right, whereas big box stores worry more about quantity.

Just ask the potential installer if he's paid by the job or by the hour and that will usually answer your question...

bestbuy's workers are paid without commission, and hourly, even though you pay by the job. i wouldn't go there, unless you know the work that particular best buy does.
