i tried to put a bolt into the lamp where the up and down tab was but it didn't work.

i bought the car with hid retrofits
my option is to aim the right projector down more or buy two new head lamps. it will cost me a **** load of money.

the tab to aim the whole head lamp was broken
i founded the bolt to aim the internal plate up and down.
i'm glad i don't have to get new head lights which cost 260 each shipped on ebay.

my lights are not aimed perfectly but the out put is decent and they are not blinding anybody now.

both lights
it looks pretty shitty but i get decent lighting and it's not blinding people anymore.
