think about waht you are asking... a ebay item, thats hella cheap... NO i think it can mess the motor up... id spend the extra $ and get the ctr pulley, then no damper in it either, u can send ur GSR etc... crank to inlinefour, and they lathe it down to a one pulley, but u still ahve the damper in it... i always just kept my gsr pulley on no matter what

The weight of lightweight crank pulleys is not good because it is too light. The OEM pulleys are balanced for Force, etc. in accordance with the Crank shaft and the Pulley attached to it. The only good thing the light aftermarket lightweight pulley brings to the your ride is the variety of colors.

alright, the reason i was asking is because I bought str power steering and alternator pulleys and was wondering if I should get the crank one too...i guess i will just stick with the stock gsr one. thanks for the info guys
the thing you have to worry about is the oem crank is designed to damper an resonance in the crank..there is a myth that undampered lightweight crank pullies cause cranka nd rod bearing to wear prematuraly..that said i still run a ctr n1 crank and love it
