Default How Big Can I GO?!?!? HELP!!!!

I'm buying a 1996 Accord 4dr and I want to put some rims on it. How big can I go without touching the suspension and have it fill out the wheel well?? I need rim and tire size so I can just go online and order something. I think that's the quickest cosmetic thing I can do to it while I get some other mods in mind. Any help would be AWESOME!! Thanks...

You shouldn't get oversized tires to fill out the wheel well. Get the proper size tires for your car. If you want to reduce the space in the wheel well, then get suspension mods to lower your car.

If your '96 Accord Sedan is a 4-cylinder, here are the proper tire sizes:

185/70-14 if you have 14" wheels
195/60-15 if you have 15" wheels
205/50-16 if you have 16" wheels
205/45-17 if you have 17" wheels

If your '96 Accord Sedan is a V6, here are the proper tire sizes:

195/65-15 or 205/60-15 if you have 15" wheels
205/55-16 if you have 16" wheels
205/50-17 if you have 17" wheels

You can select a wheel/tire package on the Tire Rack website by entering your car model and version, and selecting a wheel diameter.

I have seen 19 on 5th Gen Accords that fit, check out cardomain.com if you want to see Accords like this( you won't find any on H-T). But the biggest I have personally seen is 18x7.5" wheels with 215/35/zr18 tires on my buddy's 5th gen. Those are pretty wide and heavy wheels though, you might want to consider a smaller rim size such as 16" or 17" if you are worried about ride quality or comfort. Lastly, make sure to lower your car a couple inches to complement the larger than stock wheels and avoid that 4x4 look.
