honestly, I have no clue what they are. Everyone asks me that but I don't have an answer. They came on my car and I love them b/c no one else has them. Thanks for the quick replies so far!

Oh and by the way, Im about to paint the front and rear lips and the grille the same color as the car and Im buying new OEM headlights as well.

Thanks! I appreciate the comments. It'll be looking a lot cleaner soon. I think the new headlights and the painted lips and the JDM fog lights are going to make a big different for the exterior.
