Default Just got a 99 EM1....

Its stock besides CAI, OBX headers and OBX exhaust. im going to keep the headers and exhaust for now because it actually has a deep tone and i dont feel like spending money on something that doesnt need replacing now. But what i do want to know is..should i got with an OBX lsd since its in a good price range or will it end up being cheaper if i sell my tranny from my b16 and buy an ITR...because ITR trannys come with lsd's im pretty sure? What other things could i put on the b16 to help it out that wont be too much money, maybe swap over parts from a b18....intake manifold maybe? Thank you for reading this and whatever you have to say!

Haha Si ey? I got one too. Welcome to the TRQless wonder of the world. Anyways, you're not gonna be doing much unless you turbo your B16. The only good things about an EM1 is its body and tranny.

I would say go for the obx lsd if you have someone that knows what theyre doing or do it yourself if you know what your doing. If i was you, the next upgrade on my car would be a obd1 conversion harness and a p28. It will save you a lot of headache and you will then also have the ability to get your car tuned.

first things first...you have a 99-00 civic...and its a Em1...so...get some security first...dont go too cheap or too expensive...it wont stop your ride from getting jacked but it might come in handy...

as for the engine, don't worry about the lsd. unless you plan on doing some autocrossing. for the money i would put it on something that's going to make power. oh, my the way your intake manifold if fine, but if you going to change it, change to an itr not gsr.

1st security.
2nd get a larger displcement motor
em1 is way to heavy for a for a b16. tranny is a keeper.
