Default Putting lowering springs on KYBs...

well im putting some H&R race springs on KYB GR-2 for my 88 sedan but i was just wondering, which pieces do i need to bring over to the KYBs from the OEM struts. I know that i have to bring over the top mount and stuff, but what else? Ohh if you have the same setup but on a different EF, let me know how the handling, ride quality, and overall experience is. Thanks.

on the actual KYB strut or on the top mount piece for the strut. Is it the thing were you cut off the bumpstop and weld it back together? Is it going to make a huge difference if i dont?

To be honest, return the gr2's they are slightly better than a stock replacement, spend your money on a set of 4 way adj agx's or 5 way adj tokico whites.

No, they're going to blow eventually.

thats very reassuring. I put them on today. It took 5 freakin hours. I did it by myself in front of my house. Basic handtools and no air tools. It was all good. It didnt help that it was like 90 degrees with humidity. All the pain and suffering paid off. Pics will be up soon.
