Default Prelude - good deal or no deal?

I don't really know if this belongs here, but ...

There is a 94 lude selling in a local dealer, i just wanted people opinions whether or not i should purchase it. So here are the pros and cons:

Its a 1994 Prelude Si h23a motor. Previous owner was a girl. Car has a rare WWRS kit on it, has hard to find OEM set of carpets, APEX'i exhaust, led OEM spoiler, fresh black paint, '94 gause cluster, cup holder and armrest, OEM CD Player, clean title, new timing belt, and all of the typical OEM components for a '94 Si prelude. Looks clean. Those are the pros.

Here are the cons: Factory height, factory ugly headlights, AUTO tranny, 190,000 miles.
It's selling for $3200 firm.

I currently have a 5-spd '93 lude VTEC. I was looking for the WWRS kit, the cluster, the carpets, and the LED spoiler for my ride.

Here is the question: should i buy the car, strip the parts i need off of the car, and try to sell it afterwards ... or ... leave it alone and continue on? I need your opinions, Thanks.

kelly blue book shows about 5800 dealer price (in excellent condition), and that doesnt count the body kit or exhaust.

private party in kelly shows excellent at 4200, fair at 3200.

might be a good deal but if ur just gonna strip it, are the parts you want worth 3200? its automatic anyway

body kits drastically lower the resale value of a car from a dealership. They consider it like a flaw.

I wouldn't pay that for it.

For one, your car will look better w/o the kit and will hold the value,
you can find those parts for way cheaper than that.

I'd say it's worth maybe 2300
