Default Clocking upper control arm bushings? Have you done it?

I was just thinking, we all know to clock trailing arm bushings while replacing them since most of us are lowered....what about clocking the upper control arm bushings? And if you do so, what's the best way to do it?

I tried to eyeball my driver side.....I guess I clocked it too much though because now it's banging into the strut tower. The passenger side isn't banging, but I didn't touch it and you can already tell that it's tearing the upper control arm bushings (don't know the technical term).

What is your experience with this area?

its all part of reseting the bushings at ride height. it would benefit all bushings to be clocked properly.
