well everytime i warm up my car since i dont drive it that much... it seems as when i rev water comes out of the exhaust and its alot... im pretty sure its water since the liquid is sentless but the air smells like gasoline?? what could be my problem thanks in advance

dude i have a 99ls and i dont have my licens yet i do the same thing and if it rains for a couple days ur pipe collects moisture and the air pushes it out also a little smoke is common but in a way its good u dont want the water to settle

 

also it smells like that cause the fumes mixed with water can have that effect its cool

He has no problems, it's just condensation building up in his exhaust. This is perfectly normal when a car sits for a couple of days. This is prevented by driving the car on a daily basis and when you let it sit the condensation builds up and starts to rust out your exhuast...that's why starting the car regularly is helpful.
