these cams differ by a lot...they arent comparable...one requires a good deal higher compression than a stock b16 to see any gains due to high lift long duration...whereas ITR cams can benefit on a stock valve train and stock compression

bc3+ is similiar to s2s1 cams...I would go with bc3+ though and get yourself some sort of tuning device...I have hondatas200 and love it....
since your in the NC area....if raleigh is closer to you then, take it to Jason at Eurospeed but if charlotte is closer to you...take it to RLZ in concord. I took mine to marc at turbo tune in greensboro and I didnt really like the way he tuned my car...

bc3 do not require high compression. They will provide with better midrange, top end and not much more valvetrain wear than ITR's. This is a no brainer, BC3+

Bc3's are a cam designed for road race. Properly tuned u will see a big increase in midrange hp with the right supporting mods and right compression. They are not a top-end cam but you will deffinately see an increase in peak hp over b16 cams. You should do a search on both cams. BC3's have been covered quite a few times in the All Motor Forum which is where you will probably find the most useful information for All Motor set ups.

I dont know why buddy club started out with 3/4/5's.....where as most others start out at 1/2/3's.......
so bc3's has simililar lifts like s2s1 cams....I think if you search hard enough..there's compare spec durations and lifts amongs all company making cams....I recall seeing one but to tired to search....
