H3, remove teh 3 screws from the triangular black cover and pop it off, the bulb is being held in place with a spring that lifts over and tucks in under a notch, so push down on the spring and push it out of the way, remove the earth connector on the bulb and there might be a copper little handle type thing on the bulbs to take them out, remove this and fit it onto your new bulbs and pop them in again. Make absolutely sure that theyre in straight (you can see the bulb if you look from the side of the foglight (at the front) If theyre anyway crooked take them out again and straighten them because if theyre not in straight they will be too close to the yellow globe thing and they'll melt it and it will break/crack in pieces...been there done that
