H.O.P Radio block off plate question

I have a 01 gsr that has a dual din deck.....I have found a single deck block off plate and I was wondering if I can use this to cover the empty din underneath the radio

tried and the lines been busy.....(plus at the same time I dont want to sound like a ricer over the phone) rather do that here at good ol' H-T
