HElp with inside door panel!!

Hello im trying to reupholster the cloth peice on the door panel But i have no idea how to take the white peice off. Any suggestions?? It looks like the grey clamps were melted and looks like theres no way of taking it off =-/

There is a write up about this somewhere...ill see if i can find it. You pretty much have to break the plastic rivits off and re-attach with screws and apply some 3M spray adhesive to the material.

You have to break the plastic rivits. Find the write-up.
