i whould like 2 replace the vtec engine and put intefra life in it .
i whould like 2 hear few dvice ( if u can ) 2 upgrade horsepower <U>without </U>adding turbo charge ....

Use the Search function. All motor N/A builds will cost $$ to make serious power but a B series swap with a JDM type r tranny or civic type r tranny will be awesome. Again, welcome to the site- there are plenty of resources you will find by using the search function

i dont know what you're looking at price wise in Israel, however any b series swap will increase hp and your ability to go faster, more quickly. A swap with some bolt on's will give you a substantial increase in power AND potential . Search b-series swaps.

you can use the following to get nice horsepower gains:

skunk2 stage2 cams, supertech valvetrain, itr pistons, skunk2 intake manifold, jdm itr throttle body, hytech header or toda header.

 

you could put basic bolt-ons (exhaust,headers,intake,test pipe) or go with upgraded cams.

the list goes on, just search dude it's easier. a good, start would be some bolt-ons like intake, header and exhaust.
