i'm thinking about getting a new fuel pump which one should i get also my friend is selling a venon fuel pump for 90 should i get that one or something else.

Well it depends on what you have done to your car.
Stock...no you don't need one
Highly modified ...yes you need one,which one depends on your fuel delivery/management system.
Need more info to help you.

my setup is H/I/E cam gears ACT clutch and a 50 shot of nos the reason i'm thinking about buying a new fuel pump is because i'm putting a 70 shot next week

I'm not very keen on n20 tuning so i cant help you there.
But with the other mods listed you don't need to upgrade your fuel pump.
