Default Need Help Learning How to Build Motors...

im a newb obviously, and I was wondering where can I find info on learning how to build a motor. I'm talking like piecing everything together into a bare block or head.


Ex: putting in pistons or cams

1st of all get a helms so you know all the specs,service limits,tq sequence,etc....

find a community college near you and see if they offer a class about it.

that's how i learned

i ended up knowing more than my teacher about hondas
everyone else builds 350's

There's also the Omniman 200WHP B16 video. I myself spent my pre-driving years reading the HT archives. And after many years of patience and saving, I've built a few motors and now I don't know if it's ever going to stop.
