do you have better pics from all angles and the clearances due to the added thickness?

There are more details on the Forced Induction Integra BBS on Hostboard:
http://www.hostboard.com/cgi-bin/ult...bb=forum&f=110

Just do a search over there, SCHYBRID has been working on this for a while...I believe the intercooler is a custom Spearco peice. Lots of hack-and-whack went into making room for it.

heres a pic of it off the car.

the following thing need to be done to get this **** to work :

1. relocate oil filter
2. shave down bottom side of charger slightly.
3.eliminate throttle body valve.
4. relocate or pivot alternator towards engine block 1".
5. 2 new belts are needed.
6. shave down bottomside of S-Tube to clear tranny support.
7. all new coolant hoses.
8. hack down the alternator bracket.(basically shaving off alot of material to get the alternator forward.
9. shave off part of the actual alternator housing.
10. shave off part of the alternator voltage regulator.
shaving down bolts on certain parts to make clearance.
11.replacing fuel hoses with longer ones.
12.replacing charger bolts with longer ones.
13.removal of power steering lines.
14.manufacturing 2 new bracket for alternator and charger.(size changes)
15.installing a honda insight battery for clearance.
16.finally, installation of an electric water pump, radiator for cooler, reservoir for cooler and ICE, hoses, hondata gasket, ES motor mounts, new fan for radiator, switch for pump and fan.
basically, thats about it. not too hard, just about 2-3 months of down time, 150-200 hours of labor, and about 1500-1800 of cold hard earned CASH!!!!!

if this **** doesnt work, im gonna be disappointed !!! BIG TIME!!!!

Yeah, me too. I'd be most interested in your plenum intake air temperature numbers (after the cooler of course) when it's running. I already know what they are without the cooler
