Always be careful when buying a used modified car. Sounds like a good set up but then again you dont know the kind of abuse, if any, it has been subjected to.

That actually sounds really nice, but to reiderate what sirgdc said. Becareful when buying a used modified car. A) You don't know if it was done correctly, like reliability issues, and B) It could be on its last limb.

Hey, I'm getting one for ls/vtec built
i know he got his work done by a professional shop but yea just dont know if its on its last limb he said its has 43k on the engine the body has 100k
If its survived 43k and was done by a professional shop, its not on its last limb, its got many miles to go..
First off, what year and model car, and how much? Some people overprice there Ls/V's
Also, it sounds like a good setup to me, its prolly making around 180whp or so, remember someone will always be faster then you.

cant really tell if its about to die or not
go check it out....check the oil, look for leaks, any cut harnesses/hoses
start the car and see if any awkward sounds, and if its smoking....
it doesnt matter if it was done by a professional...
he coulda messed it up within those 45k miles
good luck...and hopefully its not junk
