well my friend has a MINT YELLOW SI CRX and it dosent have a title and i was i was wondering if u guys have ever heard of someone havign a inspecter come out 2 cheak the vins and taking the car cause i really want 2 buy it and im a frade that im going 2 get it and try 2 get the title and then thay r going 2 take it cause i have been told that thay can take them so i was wondering if anyone knows anything abought it

your allowed to have and car without a title you just need a bill of sale for it but without title you cant get it registered to drive on the street or if your buddy ownes the car and it was registered in his name just have him call dmv and get a new one there like 20 bucks good luck
