Default Another no spark question. searched.

Got a friend with a d16 crx and he replaced plugs, wires, dizzy cap, rotor, and coil. He is still not getting spark. What else should we check?

And it stopped sparking before this.
It is also turning over just not firing.

When it stopped running after we pulled the plug wires they were soaked in oil.

soaked in oil = faulty gasket

replace your valve cover gasket, make sure you get the grommets when you order it (most of the time, part places will give you just the outter gasket)
