Picked up a 90 CRX Dx a few pics included
Well I picked up a Crx Dx with 198,809 miles
(heh just getting broken in) with the intention of using for a daily driver for I think a good deal only issue was a busted front bumper and ofcourse the good old 3 inch rust spot on the back pax quarter panel and thats it - - Its in what I think to be good shape completely stock except for the CAI that was on it when I bought it other than that its totally stock I bought a front bumper new unpainted and put that on now just to get the rust spot taken care of - And really no big plans for it than again its easy to go from Daily Driver to Money Pit
Only real plans as of now are I have a y8 with si intake manifold and tranny and si ecu all wired up and ready to go in maybe in the next couple weeks Ill get it in there and gotta throw on some new suspension and such
hoping with this I can get the time to work on my other car without having to rush on it - but than again Im in no hurry as I have always liked the Crx back since about 91 when my buddy had a Si
Anyway nuff talk heres some shots of the car

And heres a few shots after detailing the Interior and the Engine Bay
Here are a few pics of inside after I got done detailing the inside

took the center console out and cleaned that bad boy up it was dirty as hell - but lookin good now

rear cargo pieces all cleaned up and put in I had to use like 5 different pieces to make it all complete by scroungin parts from the bad to make good pieces

shot from back

Seats back in and cleaned up

Engine bay all nice and cleaned up new wrinkle finish all around (valve cover and other parts with cracked and chipping off so a little paint stripper and good to go again - the guy had this super chromed out cold air intake on it so I decided to go for the stealth look and wrinkled that also i think all turned out great and man is that 1 clean *** engine bay :D

Im done with this bad boy for today started at 11am and finished the engine bay and interior at like 6pm
More to come later

Indeed, looks like mine, but nicer, even though I've always fancied mine as nice, but gee whiz, it's immaculate, and 200k on it.
Original paint?
