Are all B-series Rod and Main bearings the same ???

Default Are all B-series Rod and Main bearings the same ???

are b16, b17, b18, b20 rod and main bearings interchangeable ???(from engine to engine not rod to main)

are they different from V-tec to non V-tec ???

tryed several searches and found nothing on this topic

I mean do the rod bearings and or main bearing from Lets say a B17 work in a b16 ???
Or the ones from b18c work in a b16 or in my case what all bearings fits a b18a???

No, some of the bearings are different. For example, b18a rod bearings are different from b18c rod bearings. Bearings also come in various thicknesses depending on application etc. For example, you can have two b18a blocks, but they might require different thickness bearings depending on clearances.

I ordered acl rod bearings and main bearings for my b20v setup but then ended up buying a b17a1 block, now my question is can I use those acl bearings on the b17?
