Default wiring tail lights

I was wondering if there is any way I can wire the amber portion of my tail lights to stay on at night, and then blink when I use my turn signal

I made it so the corner portion holds my brake/tail lights, and the center portion houses the turn signal just swap em...make a couple notches in the brackets
