C1 in EG what suspension?

If i out a C1 in an EG do need to change the shocks and springs????..thanx

u will need at least integra spring rates.....IE get eibach/neuspeed but for gsr. and mite as well change the shocks to some sort of adjustable. or if u have $$$ get zeal
