i have this problem on my tweeters. i know that this tweeter works. my question is how do I install the stock tweeters. everytime I install it, it doesnt work. i did everything I can, is there a alternate way to install the stock tweeter? I have no crossover.. tweeters dont work when I wire it directly to the front speakers..

 

The purpose of tweeters is to reproduce the high frequencies in which you will definetly need a crossover for.

 

its installed in a stock way.. when I installed my subs.. it just went out which is kinda weird. its still a stock system.. how can I install the stock tweeters without the crossover?

Scenario is I installed a Clarion EQ worked fine, after a week I put my subs in.. (plug and play, there was a amp existing) may be after 15 mins a playtime. tweeters went off.. tried it on a another car and tweeters worked fine..

 

sounds like a short somewere.
