sohc v-tec cams

Im building a d16z6 block with dohc 88-89 pistons and a d16z6 vtec head and I was wondering if all the sohc vtec cams are the same or are they even wroth swapping???? looking into z6,y8,d15b cams???

There is a difference between the Z6 and Y8 cams. I believe the main difference is in the timing and not anything performance wise.
