i'm almost positive this might be a good time to say put on your flame suit, but anyways this might be the wrong forum for you question. Check the all motor forum. In my opinion it seems like you indeed have a better setup if you have the tuning to support your mods. By 13.9 might be pushing it.

But my question is, Is the 99-00 civic Si lighter or heavier than a Type-R? anyone got numbers to support that.

it would be stronger but not more reliable than the ITR. I also think you can hit 13.9 easily. That is not a hard time to get to. A really good header would do your car wonders with that setup. I am talking around 20whp on top of what you have now. That would be my next mod if I had your setup.

You're stupid if you think the ITR's best feature is its engine.

Your car will hit a high 14. More to it than just. You need tires, suspension and much more to hit your 13.9.

How to spec 2's compare with Toda Spec B's?

You can run B's on a stock valvetrain, just keep it out of the rev limiter.
