Default rs-r or invidia

hi guys i have norrowed it down to two exhaust system that i wanna get. its between rs-r exmag and the invidia N1. Which of these exhaust systems do you think i would get the most performance out of? The rs-r is $60 more and i have heard great things about the rs-r but I want to know if the invidia is better. Thanks in advance!!

You'll get minimal gains with both, get the one you think sounds better.

i would say the rs-r would be the better bet. it looks better and sounds better IMO. the invidia, and just about every other n1 exhausts, is too rice sounding.

Well depends on your HP goals. I mean if your trying to get 210+hp to the wheels on a street car then your better off getting those N1 style exhaust for maximum flow and performance. If your motor is relatively stock and just trying to get good hp without waking up the block, then most major brand name exhaust is good like the WS2, Greddy SP, Thermal, & Tanabe G.

I say if your motor is pretty stock don't worry too much about power gains because we all know an exhaust cant get you major HP in these N/A motors. Just go for looks and sound if I were you.........unless your trying to reach maximum hp for your setup.

I have the freeflowing 2.5 with a N1 style muffler...let's just say that's being junked for the RS*R since I have the RS*R header why not.

you'll have to call everywhere since RS-R has stopped shipping the EX-Mag

they're redesigning it and it could be 6 months before we see a replacement model.

so if it's not already sitting in a warehouse, you can't get one. If you need a more subdued exhaust system, look at the Tanabe Hyper Medallion.

I say just try to buy a used set local so you don't mess with shipping charges. You are from CA....unlike here in MN where the the classified is not good at all.

I hope they re-design it with a smaller tip, or a dual tip that looks more like stock. Thats the only part about the rs-r i dont like. Plus it rusts, that kinda sucks too.

To the OP: I chose the rs-r and i love how it sounds
