JDM H22A Engines with OBD?

JDM H22A Engines with OBD?
I have heard that the JDM H22A enignes did not change to OBD-II. Can anyone please confirm or deny that this is true. Someone told me that all the JDM H22 are OBD-I. Please someone help me.
