diy heat shield/cold air source for short ram?

Default diy heat shield/cold air source for short ram?
anybody have a diy for a heat shield that blocks off the hot air from the engine bay and sucks in cold air from behind the bumper?is it even worth it to construct this or would gains be unnoticable?i have a pasword jdm powerchamber short ram intake and love it but would like more cold air to flow into it...i searched and found 1 diy but not quite what i had in mind,any help is appreciated thanks.
