when i start up my car..it makes this loud noise that rattles my whole car...it sounds like its comming from my tranny..it only makes this noise when the rpm is around 1-2..im thinking its my berrings..help plz..

Is it a loud, metallic rattle? If so, check the upper heat shield on your catalytic converter.

 

does it happen every time you start it, or only when its cold, or the first start of the day?

if you think it is from the tranny it could be your throw out bearing but they make more of a clunking type of sound
