could someone help me out and tell me a little about polyurethane bushings. if they're worth the cash and the pros and cons. Thanks for the help..

 

Inserts or the Engine mounts?

If just inserts, they're only 30ish, worth the money imo, stiffens up the engine a bit better.

You knoe i have heard mixed reviews but i went ahead and order them from summit one day shipping is the ****. I will have them install most likely tomorrow if i can get those horrible lca bolts from honda. I will be back to tell exactly how they are although my dads friend has a dodge ram and loves the kit.

Poly engine mounts are awesome. They can make the car vibrate a little more, but having a modded car has it's prices.

If you're talking about the whole suspension poly-kit. That kit is absolutely amazing. I have one on my Integra. Very much worth the money. I did the install myself...you might not have that option though. Installing the kit at a shop is going to run around $500ish for labor or more depending on the shop.
