I know that 99-00 EK's come with PS, but they want too much for them...I'm trying to get a 96-98 for cheaper, but I want PS for a DD...I'm swapping a B18C1 down the road... DO THEY COME WITH PS OR CAN YOU PUT PS IN ????

No it doesn't come with it, yes you can put it in

edit: PS, only has so much to do with the engine
