On the 4th I was driving my car and then I heard 2 big pops. So I pull over and I turn my car off. Well I start it back up and it runs for like 10 seconds and tehn died again and wouldnt start. I then get it towed to a shop and they call me the next day and tell me that they think it is my timing belt and that I may have bent some vlaves. I then tow it to another shop and he tells me that my alternator belt and some other belt came off and got tangled up and somehow threw my timing belt. So he he calls today and says it is fixed and I can come get it. I go get it and drive it about a mile and then it dies again!!! I was so pissed off. I call him and he gets someone to tow it and I had to pay for towing. It is at the shop now and he said he would call monday and tell me what it is. Anyone have a clue on what it might be???

 

What year GSR? 96+ have OBDII, which would have detected misfires.
