Default Lower and Stiffer Springs without COILOVERS?

Is it possible to get a 500lb Front and 700lb Rear spring to fit on either stock or aftermarket shocks and struts without coilovers? I am not sure of the sizes of Honda springs or else I can answer my own question. And yes, I know you shouldn't run that stiff of a setup on stock struts and shocks.

if you went custom ya, but it wouldn't be too cheap when it comes time to buy new springs because you aren't happy with the rates you have any more.

racing anit cheap, the SPSS3 koni's and ground controls are you best bet in all areas.

I never said it was cheap, nor am I looking for a cheap alternative. I am just trying to get a halfway decent setup in my 94 EG for one more track event. I don't want to waste two days up there with the stock suspension but I don't want to put a setup under there that may not be the best application. Thanks.

Maybe a Eibach Sportline setup?

your willing to buy a new suspension for one event? any OTC drop spring will be only mediocre for a road course.

H&R race are great but there's no way you can run them with stock shocks, get some Konis, i love mine as do most other people with them.
