Hey everybody i really need help my buddy has a 1989 civic hatchback si with a b18b1 block and p-72 gs-r head he is running a pwo ecu jdm b16a it runs starts everything but it doesnt rev past 3250 like it has a rev limiter and it throws code 40 i looked and there is no code 40 trust me 4 LONG beeps please help somebody whats wrong thanks for a helpful help

 

mine did that and we swapped out the dizzy and everything worked fine. find someone who you can borrow their dizzy to test it out before you buy a new one.
