it needs to look nice and sound deep... i kinda wanted it to be kicked out but lemme know if it is a good idea... if you guys can send me pics of your exhaust on the prelude that would help me decide... thanks a lot...

straight pipe

no j/k, there is like a bunch of different opinions and you really need to be specific

i just love these threads, "whats the best suspension?, best tires?"

then someone tells them the cost and then the orig. poster re-iterates his/her needs

I had the greddy evo on my last prelude and it was deep The tip sat flush with the bumper so it looked pretty good also.

I just put a mugen 2.5 twinloop replica onto my 2.5 inch midpipe. The sound is amazing. Not loud whatsoever. I can hold rpms to 7k left the motor wind down and no rasp to be herd. The sound is comparable to the G35 infiniti. Twinloop mufflers get by me

I have a skunk2 megaflow. When i got it, it came with a silencer, but i took it out. it can be annoyingly loud at times. especially if youre driving through neighborhoods at night. but expletive it.

I got the one from this thread https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1600586
Muffer tip sits flush with bumper so fitment is good. I did have to get a new pipe bent from the midpipe to the muffler bc the size and location of the inlet was diffrent from my old muffler.

A motec system exhaust, huh? Watching a little too much Fast and Furious are we? Motec makes engine management electronics, not exhaust systems. And the three guys that voted for the motec exhaust are also idiots.

stock. keeps what little low end you have for daily driving, isn't loud and won't get cops attention.

i got a 2.5" stainless setup from the cat back up to the muffler and threw up a stock muffler. sounds deep, not too loud, and unlike anything else i've seen/heard. for a custom setup. just a thought. as far as aftermarket, i'm a fan of the APEXi WS2.

On a side note, where can I get a RMF header? I've been looking and can't seem to find much. Your **** is hot like FIRE.
Also, I had a Motec System Exhaust and the muffler bearings shot out and broke my headlight fluid resivoir. lol
