Depends on the wheels. If the hub on the wheels doesn't align correctly with your car's hubs, then for sure, yes.

ok sorry but i got another q? i put the rims on without the hub centrics and went down a smooth road and felt nothing( wobbling). so could this be a good sign that i dont need them? and could i put them on just to be safe?

 

You would feel minor vibrations if the wheels needed hubcentric rings. If you feel any vibrations that are irregular, than I would suggest getting rings. But, if it's as smooth as it was before, than you're good. A good way to compare the hub size, is measure the stock rims and see if the hubs can compare.

 

didnt think i needed em for my girls car but after i drove it on the fwy at 70-80mph badd vibrations.. so had hub centric rings put in.. and no prob's since... btw runnin 18x7.5
