Default clutch pedal sticks

my clutch still engages and disengages normally but the pedal dosnt come back up all the way its stops like 1-2 inchs before the normal position. i coated it in wd40 but that didnt work. is this a big problem or an eays fix. any help wouold be great.

is there grease on your floor? If so it proably is your slave cylinder, and it isnt to hard of a job.

You mean master cylinder? The slave cylinder is bolted to the front of the tranny.

just asking is it easy to do because my pedel sticks or dosent come back up at all and i picked up a slave cylinder from acura and i plan on putting it on tommorow im hoping its a easy job because i dont have many tools with me or my books with me any insight ?
