Default rmf narrow

i was just wondering if any one could tell me if an RMF Narrow would fit in my crx with a b16, Z-10 crossmember, and A/C, if any one could answer that would be awsome, and if you dont have anything helpful to say then dont say any thing at all

Yes it will fit, RMF narrow header is compatible with a/c.
