Im posting this for a buddy of mine.
He has a 92 accord and his clutch stays on the floor. it doesnt come back up. Im thinking it was no fluid or air in the lines, but we bled it and nothing happened. I tried searching but i havnt heard anyone with the pedal staying down. Maybe i'm doing the bleeding wrong, or something else is bad. let me kno thanks guys
EDIT---- It has an H22 in it

just throwing this out there, but does the secondary cylinder actuate at all? and if not, could it be possible that the master cylinder is busted?
Also, get under the dash with a light and check to make sure the codder pin is in and functioning, somthing like this happend with my brake pedal once and it turned out the dealership sold the car to me without the codder pin to hold the pedal in properly. Just get under there and watch the clutch do it's thing when you pull it up and push it down, if it all looks good I'd look into the master cylinder.
