Default Is the ignition control module linked to the starter somehow?

My son has a '95 Civic vtech. The car exhibits symptoms of a bad ignition control module. Won't start after it has been recently running or won't start when very hot. Odd thing is that the starter does not turn over. We have replaced the starter. We have replaced the main relay. He used to have an Accord - when the module went bad the car still turned over.....

Can anyone help?

I am having a similar problem. Did you ever get this fixed? I need to know for myself before I go randomly replacing things again...

If the starter doesnt turn itself and it checks out good when tested then look at the starter safty switch (manuals) and make sure the line is good and also check the power line.
