I just replaced my driver side door glass, and the seat belt warning keeps dinging!
When I put everything back together I didn't see any loose wires or anything. I thought everything went back as it should have been. This morning, the dinging dinging noise and the red seat belt light wouldn't stop dinging and flashing.
I didn't remove the seat.
Any ideas? Maybe someone knows how to just remove the stupid dinger for the ride home!

 

The ghetto fix:
There's a plug underneath the seat...unplug it. Everything still works the same, just no light or ding.

yeah mine does the same thing occasionally. the same dinging is also that your door might not be closed. so make sure the plug that goes into the door formt he car is plugged in. or you just have a loose connection someplace that got knocked around when you took the door off. or something.

 

can it be the switch on the door jamb?
