Autometer A/F gauge install on 91 civic w/ LS....
I know these gauges are basically "useless" but I got one for free and need a complete description of how to wire it up. I know it shouldn't be too bad, but I'm not very expeirenced with wiring...

Power ground, and splice O2 signal it is really easy, then splice into your radio illumination for the light bulb.
I have 3 wires coming from the autometer gauge: red, black and purple. What wires are used for what? Also how do I find the ground wire for the ECU? There are many wires to choose from...
I'm a noob.....don't hate.

red is for power and black is for ground,,,the purple is for the signal....
For the signal tap into the ecu wire coming from pin C16,,(its a white wire) or tap directly from the o2 wire in the engine bay,,whatever you want to do,,,
For ground theres a couple at the ecu,,i know for sure the brown and black wire at A16 is ground ,,,,or you can just ground it to metal,,i like to sand the paint whereever i put the ground...
for that red power you got a whole bunch of choices just pick a switched power
