my car is 2001 base and now the engine light is on throwing code 65 which is the secondary o2 sensor heater.

can i either fix it or just replace it with a new one? if i have to replace it, can i use other cars' from honda or i have to get the same one? the reason being that the car is in taiwan and honda taiwan had bever imported it to taiwan, i brought the car back from canada. so the dealer here doesn't have the prelude o2 sensor in stock, they have to special order from north america and it is gonna be expensive. so i am just asking if i can use other cars' o2 sensor (ie. accord or crv or civic...etc) with a little modification (make it longer or some sort) but the sensor itself is the same. does anybody know?

any 4 wire o2 sensor would work, honda one that is.
