first, please learn to spell. It's one extra key stroke to look competent.
As for what to use to drop the car, I would go with adjustable coilovers which allow you to customize the drop and the dampers for ride comfort. If you don't have the cash to toss at coilovers, there are many many spring choices out there, need to know how low you want it, Eibach and TEIN both have drop/dress springs which are more look than performance.
I'm a fan of Espelier springs which I had on my car before I went full coilover. They were not drop springs but they did lower it a good inch and some change and the ride was perfect. I've yet to be able to get as comfortable a ride on my TEIN coilovers as I did on those. But the ability to drop and raise the car as the seasons change has been worth the slight loss in ride quality.
Cliff Notes: Research around and look at some pictures, find a drop you like and go with it. Everyone will give you a different answer so you need to figure it out on your own. Wish it was easier.. its like the "which exhaust is best?" or "what rims should I get?" question...
