What to look for when buying a used 1997 Civic w? 144,000 miles?

It is a one owner car, never wrecked, LX, 4 dr, auto w/ 144,000 miles. Any typical trouble spots on these cars? What kind of mileage would you stay away from?

check the oil, that series of motors has a oil consumption problem. also check for rear tire wear,. thats about it. other then the typical used car buying precautions.
