Default took the itr to the dragstrip. 12.5 on bfg's

car weighs 2700 with me in it. ran 12.5@113 then got kicked out for being to loud. it was the only clean run i got in that night. we were having ignition problems but once i figured it out ran a 12.5. but yea here is a video

stock gsr block with broken ringlands. compression is between 170--195-180-185
stock b16a head with ctr intake cam
rld ramhorn manifold
t3/to4e 60/63 with stage 5 wheel
victor x intake manifold rc 750's
gsr tranni with ctr lsd

after 10pm is a 90db limit. and i was 96 dbs. i have a 3 inch exhaust straight to an aero turbine muffler. i am going to install a resonator to quiet it down.

Holy crap, I was going to say, turbo R's are usually quiet as hell! I was thinking about running a turn-down on my downpipe instead of my 3" thermal.

What's an aero turbine muffler? [edit, nevermind, found it. http://www.aeroexhaust.com ]

a slow one with slow cars...

when i dyoned my JUN motor he put a mic behind the car and it read a 128db@WOT, might have had something to do with it being inside a shop, but it's ear peircing

the strip i go to does.. well its the only track in the area.. and its only an 1/8 mile.. but it still had a db limit. its at the san diego chargers football stadium, and theres residential all around it.
