i hav e a 99 civic ex. what options do i have to change the cluster out?? which one works and which one is the best/ coolest

Why? Your cluster already have a tach. There are so many options.

Options:
1. 96-00 Civic Type-R
2. 97-01 CRV
3. 96-00 Civic SiR/VTi
4. Mugen
5. Spoon
6. 1.6 EL

Gsr cluster

of course you're gonna have to re-pin and make a little bracket to mount it but it's worth it and it's also the coolest!
